| Elaine Hamilton | I live in a condo with what is called a pancake AC. It is designed to fit in a very small crawl space between the ceiling of my unit and the floor of the upstairs unit. Last night I noticed water dripping from the grate access. This morning I called another AC company. The woman who answered the phone said she had never heard of an air exchanger between floors and I must be mistaken/the unit is in a closet, or the drip is something else. Excuse me? I've lived here for 3 years and there is a closet I haven't looked in? RIGHT. So, that company wasn't very good OR they just didn't want my businessit would be 24 hours before they could get outmy money is on both. Anyway, I called AC GUYS. They were out within 4 hours and well within the appointment window. Aran was fantastic. Worked hard and used great problem solving skills to resolve the issue. He left my place clean and straight. Highly recommend the AC GUYS and Aran. |
