Patricia McEntire | I went there searching out some living room furniture and actually got a pretty good deal. When they told me what day they would be delivering I went ahead and set that entire day aside so they could come out, despite having a ton of things to do in town. They never showed up. I called that afternoon and was told that the lady, can't remember her name, mixed up the dates and it would be delivered in a few more days. So my day was completely wasted. Fast forward to the new day. Again, I set aside that entire day so that I could be there. I get a call in the afternoon asking me if they can deliver said furniture a different day because they were running really behind. At this point I'm really livid and almost decided to tell them where they could deliver it.....but, I gave them one more chance. So the day comes and I actually do get my furniture. However, when I set up my payments, I set it up for the bi-monthly payments since thats when I get paid. I told the lady same one from before that it needed to be on 2 certain days. Not a couple of days before either one. Yet, the last 2 reminder emails I've gotten have said my due date is earlier than what I said. I have talked to them 3 separate times now to fix it and it still isn't fixed. I will be making a trip up to see the store manager tomorrow. |
