I just spoke with the guy on the phone and was probably one of the worst experiences I've had with customer service. The guy I was in the process of trying to figure out how I can get my circuit on my home theater system repaired, and when I called the guy he proceeded to be helpful in the beginning however once we had gone five minutes into the conversation is when he began to start getting rude. I asked the gentleman for a specific part and he said that he had relations with used parts suppliers that he may be able to get it sooner so my dilemma was If I could have the part before two weeks I would get the job done, when I proceeded to ask him if he could have the part for me he then told me that because I have not given him any money he's not going to do any research for me and it was nice to know me and hung up on my face. From one business owner to another that is not how you treat your customers whether they have done business with you or not and you will not have any business if you conduct yourself in that manner. I hope this review helps out individuals from ever going to this gentleman until he learns how to treat customers. Watch our for this guy, I have seen many like this typical shady business owner. I asked him for an estimated delivery date of a part, because I would like to know whether I need to repair or buy a new one for holidays, never once did I demand any thing.

Guy was very nice about fixing my son's old TV and at a great price!

They repaired my equipment the same day and allowed me to be able to watch the game!
