Appliance Repair by Spectrum Heat and Air in Aubrey, Texas

This is the most thorough and professional group I have had the privilege to have encountered. They are not out to sell you excess parts or services. They do what they say. They have integrity, which seems to be hard to find these days. As a contractor myself, I would recommend this group to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family! The last thing I have to say is that when employees discuss their passion for their job it says a lot about the company. This team was so happy to be a part of the team and they both showed and stated their appreciation for the company. That says volumes about the company, in my eyes.

Awesome experience with Spectrum Heat and Air. Brad and the team really took care of me recently. I have been using them for over 5 years with minor repairs and replacements for my own system and many of my clients, always with the best reviews. I can say hands down they came to the rescue this past month. My AC went out over the 4th of July weekend and Kris came by the same day to service my system. He got me up and running and bought me some time. Several weeks later, my condenser finally died of old age. This was expected as Kris and I had discussed this possibility a few weeks earlier. Within 24 hours of calling, Kris and team, were back out the next day, and had my new system in.. man, what a relief.. this Texas heat is no joke without AC! I highly recommend the team at Spectrum Heat and Air!

I really appreciated the courtesy and help immediately given from the precious one who answered the phone to the technician, Chase, who came to help us. Chase was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He got right on the job and answered all questions I had and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. It made a hard thing, having no ac, better.
