Anderson's Service Center was close so we called and the technician came out the following morning. All I can say is WOW! Great customer service and the technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and tested everything before he left. While talking to the technician, I learned they work on all appliances. If I need any future assistance, I will definitely call Anderson's Service Center. |
| Anthony Chaney | Aug. 20th 2019. Had a great experience with this company. Called Lowe's warranty line and they said someone from Anderson's would be out the next day between 12 and 5. They showed up in that time frame and found my 3 day old fridge low on freon. They told me to go to Lowe's and get them to swap it out. Lowe's will be here in one to two days to swap it out. Thanks you Anderson Appliance for all your help. This folks are very noligable with appliances and super friendly. I recommend them to anyone. |
