Absolutely excellent customer service!! T & Y Appliances Midtown East has done work for me twice already in the last two years. He knows his stuff! He is prompt, reasonably priced and very customer focused. I would recommend T & Y Appliances Midtown East without any hesitation!

My dryer stopped working very suddenly and it seemed that a repair might be a better idea than a replacement. I emailed T & Y Appliances Midtown East and he called me back the same day and agreed it was worthwhile to check it out and hopefully fix it. He came over a few hours later and fixed the machine very quickly and then proceeded to clean the outside lint filter as I don't think this had been done in years. The repair cost was far less expensive than buying a new dryer and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and thorough, and most importantly he called back and did the repair the same day. I would definitely call T & Y Appliances Midtown East again with any appliance issues!
