We had already picked out the one we liked from the website, but did want to check out a couple of others. Our salesman, Bruce Pickle was very accommodating. He put power to RV, showed us all the special features. We purchased with no pressure from salesman or facility. This was our 3rd RV purchase, so we had an idea what we wanted. The maintenance personnel went through the camper and there was a seal in countertop that was missed at plant and doorway wasn't aligned right on bedroom. We requested locks on bathroom door and bunkhouse and bedroom, but really didn't think they would install them for us, but never hurts to ask. We picked out trailer on Wednesday and picked up on Saturday. We did get the locks! Happy with our purchase and look forward to enjoying our camper which also serves as a guest house for out of town visitors. If you ask for Pickle, tell him we sent you. |
