| Liza Pratt | My 4 month old Maytag stopped working last Tuesday January 14, 2020. I reach out to Maytag the earliest they can get a technician out through their third party service Flamingo Appliance was Saturday I called the same day about the issue. I get a call on Friday the night before letting me know they technician is canceling my appointment. No reason just canceling. I stressed to Flamingo I have a family of 5 one being a newborn baby and my laundry cannot be out of service this long. I explained the error code I was receiving so they ordered a part and rescheduled me once again for Wednesday the 29th of January. On Tuesday the 28th I get a call telling my Wednesday appointment is now cancelled because the past wasn't delivered yet the eta is set for Wednesday the 29th my appointment date. Once again I expressed my concerns on having this defective washer that's only 4 months old and my need to do laundry daily specially for my newborn. They respond my telling we will try to come on Friday 31 but that appointment might be also canceled. There are so many things wrong with the lack of customer service I'm getting from this company that when. I asked to speak to a manager and requested that they keep my Wednesday appointment to make sure there's nothing else wrong with the machine, they said it's out of their hand and only dispatch can reschedule. It's now almost 4pm. I've been on the phone with them since 10am this morning for nothing and no manager has reached out to me dispute the huge inconvenience this company has given me. They should come and check the machine and bring whatever part was ordered in case there's another issue I won't get the runaround again and potentially be without a working washer machine that's like new 4 months new for a month or more!!!! Terrible customer service. |
| James Klee | In my opinion this company has a long way to go to improve their customer service. They rescheduled appointments, sent out rude technicians, did not leave paperwork for the repairs they did and tried to get me to dispose of their large trash leaving me a big mess. Speaking English or understanding English also seems to be a challenge for the technicians they sent out. |
