They're 40 minutes away from me so it's not just a drop in.The service these guys provide is friendly, knowledgable, professional and world class every time I'm there. It's hard to describe how a small store with a few employees can stand out, but there's something about their approach to business that is obvious when you walk in the door. I just called to see if they had a product for a small home project I'm doing. They didn't have anything but he gave me great advice on what I need to do and then led me to the exact product to buy at Home Depot and how to use it. I gave 5 stars but based on most businesses I encounter they are a 10 out of 5. |
