We bought our first major appliance from Rebennack's last month and it's the only place I would consider buying from for my next appliance purchase. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable about every make and model in their store and was really helpful in steering us toward the one that fit our price range and needs--he even told us about an upcoming sale where we could get the model we wanted for less. When it came time to deliver, they were at our house by 7:30 am, removed our old refrigerator and gave us tips for getting the most out of our new refrigerator. They were finished and packed up before we needed to leave for work. If you're going to make a major appliance purchase, skip the big box stores and buy from a store that knows the manufacturers they sell and can actually service them.
