Madison Roseberry | Disappointed is an understatement! I will try to make this the short version... we bought a couch from best way in July 2019 it was deliver damaged. After calling and complaining they came and swapped it out for another one. In this process they knocked a hole in our front door and ripped the trim from around the door. I was told by deli you personal to contact the store. So I do... al this point I have a hole in door, no trim, and another damaged couch in my living room. I spent 350 replacing door and trim. I was in contact with the current store manager who suddenly was fired... I then contacted the new manager who would never return my call! She was suddenly fired. The current manager has drafted out 3 payments in the last week and has yet to return my call regarding this. I contacted corporate on Friday and was told I'd hear from district manager in 1 business day.. no call. So I contacted corporate Tuesday and was told I'd receive a call from regional manager WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY.. no call. Now it is Thursday and I've yet to hear from anyone. This is a horrible way for a company to provide service to customers who have always been in great standings with y'all! |
tora thompson | Fast, friendly service but you know these rental places always have a trick of their sleeves.... example, I started out paying 60 a week, now after 6wks, it has jumped up to 79 for fees yes I will be returning their merchandise when I get my taxes, dangone rip offs!!!! |
