| Tom Stevens | Can't recommend these guys enough. Keith is the best!!! Texted them at 11:45am this morning letting him know I was having an issue with our fridge. He called back within minutes and was here less than an hour later. The part he suspected on the phone was indeed bad. He swapped it out and charged exactly what he quoted when we spoke. Not only was he super fast getting here and fixing the issue, I also appreciate his total honesty. On the phone he told me the one thing would be an easy fix if it was what he suspected, while the other thing it could be could be repaired but it wouldn't be worth the cost and to just replace the fridge. Will definitely call again when we have appliance problems in the future. Thanks again, Keith! |
