| Adam Russell | I AM FURIOUS!! I have used Pride Home Services for over 8 years. Sometimes our schedules dont align and I have given them my entry code to access my home. Well, this Friday the 8th of November, my seventeen year old daughter happened to be running late to school. She heard someone all over the house. Very STRANGE considering my sprinkler system is located in my downstairs utility room. And they have serviced my home for so long, why are they searching through my house yelling "there is nobody here"? Strange as it is, that's not all. They proceed to start opening doors all over the house. My daughter was terrified! They go in my other daughters room for a period before attempting to go in her room. She fortunately had her door locked as they attempted to enter her room. She was so scared she waited until she knew they had left before she exits to go to school. I trusted this company with entry to my home while I am away, and this is what I find. How many other times have they done this? What else have they done that I dont know about? I am not using this company again, nor will anyone else I can help. I cant barely wait to call Monday! I guess I should have known better than to trust someone these days. |
