I have used this place for my salon and am very satisfied every time!!! Gregg is very nice and knowledgeable. He was prompt the last two times and the prices were very reasonable : Thank you for your service!!!

I called AAA Appliance and asked if someone could come out and hook up a hose to my washer because I was missing one and vent the dryer so I would have working units. When the representative arrived he put the hose on the washer and looked at the venting but said he doesn't do venting. He looked at the direction the vent headed but that was it. He then gave me a phone number of someone that does venting. So for him to show up and put on a hose it was 76. I guess I would have been fine if that's all I wanted but the woman who took the message made it sound like he would come and do the venting which I had requested. The representative told me that he needs to tell the person that answered the phone call that he doesn't do venting. I just feel like I was misled and was charged 76 for a five-minute job. When I voiced my opinion he said what do you think would be fair? I said I would just pay the bill but that is not what I requested on the phone.

If I could give 0 stars I would wrost place ever.. I will not be back ever they r rude and disrespectful ppl
