| Misael Gonzalez | Contacted JJ appliance repair and he said he would be there at 5 for stove repair, my mom ran a little late from work so i ask if he could be there at 6, his response was i only work 9am-5pm so i said alright can u be there tommorrow? He said i have 1:30pm-4pm available ok 1:30 would be great. 2 hours before 1:30pm he sends me a text that he dont service my area in san benito even though he is from harlingen. I had send him the info a day before he couldve checked and told me ahead of time so i could make other arrangements. I texted back if he could make an effort without any response. No real interest on being flexible and cooperate with the customer, wants everything easy to his convenience. Would not recommend him. |
