| Amber Poole | Poor, poor customer service! I had Saginaw Valley come out to fix my range. Not by choice, since it was covered under warranty. I asked for a copy of the technician's recommendations and finding's, he told me to contact their office to get a copy of what he wrote up. I contacted the office and spoke with Tina who told me they would send it to me. Well, a week later, I call again. ERIC, kept referring to the appointment for having the repairs completed. I explained I wanted the initial finding and recommendations paperwork for my records. He refused. Became very agitated and belligerent almost immediately. He told me to contact Frigidaire for the paperwork. Frigidaire is telling me I have to contact Saginaw Valley for the invoice. ERIC, WILL NOT PROVIDE ME THE HOME OWNER with the paperwork to which I am entitled. He even hung up on me. I will pay out of pocket for services thru another company before I have Saginaw Valley come to my home again. |
| Doble Rentals3 | 1st things 1st, I tried to use their website to have someone contact me, in regards to the appliance in need of repair. Nothing....not even an email, or phone call. I called the number listed, and set up a service call for the LG washer to be serviced. Appointment was set. The technician calls a 1/2 before we close to say that he was running late. Well I just told him to reschedule for a later date, he said he would call me with another date and time....again no call, I had to contact them again. I spoke with the lady who sets up the appointments, and she said she would put us in for another appointment, and would let me know when that would be.......again no call. If i had another company available to use, it would be a no brainer at this point!!! Terrible customer service by far. I do not recommend at all. |
