| William McNeel | Called Bill multiple times left several messages for him to call me back to setup an appointment to clean out a septic tank, finally I was able to get him on the phone this past Monday. When speaking to him on Monday I left all my name, address where the work would be preformed and phone number said he couldn't get done that day, but told him any day this week would work but I haven't heard absolutely anything at all from him. I hate to leave negatives but if your like me and want stuff done I suggest strolling down to a different plumber / septic cleaner. I'm really unsure how he has so many 5 star reviews. |

Arrived promptly Monday morning and did a professional job and even took time to explain job they were doing and alternatives if needed.
