| Dan Hullander | Krabbenhoft? More like CRAPenhoft!! Refused to take my vehicle off the lift when I asked them to, because they wanted to charge me for a new fuel pump that I didn't need. Then when they finally did, my vehicle ran fine and they charged me 120 for "diagnostics" which they clearly didn't even do - I did all the "diagnostics" myself - ALL they did was installed a new fuel filter that I had already purchased elsewhere and simply asked them to put in. I will never go back here and nobody else should, either. Shocking that a small town auto shop is willing to put their reputation on the line and try to rip off customers and lie to them. |
| Luke Horneck | Do not go here. Guy at the front desk was cold at best. Tech guy was also rude. Very lacking in the PR department. I know what good customer service is, and unfortunately this place isn't close. I left wishing I had never visited in the first place. |
