They came to "check" our unit as a part of all building's check after that moment we lost our heat that was working perfectly fine. I have reported the problem and they can't figure it out for over a week now. They came on a couple of times. With no result. I am not sure that they can fix it at all and how long it is going to take. In the meantime my kids and i are freezing with 29 degrees outside. Worst experience ever! |
| Beverly Johnson | Went to turn heat on Friday, a frigid day, no heat, and water dripping from a pipe. Waited all day Friday for a call back from my regular HVAC guy, who promised to call and no call. Yesterday, Saturday, started calling other businesses recommended by friends/family, but on a frigid weekend, they were all taking care of their regular customers. Never heard of SES, but gave a call, was told could be here in about an hour and a half and would call when on his way. Sure enough, called when 10 minutes out, came and fixed problem in an hour. Friendly and professional. So now will be a regular customer of SES. Thank you! |
