Appliance Repair by Aaron’s in Sedalia, Missouri

Due to the inspiration and excitement of a good friend recently hired to join Aaron's I visited the Sedalia location and decided to make a new purchase as a repeat customer. In going to the store to make my first payment, I noticed delivery personnel had held back leaving the store with a scheduled delivery of a new refrigerator due to the exposure of wiring in the cord. Good job, was my thought? Unfortunately, when management did call in all they got was yelling and screaming for not being in route with the delivery and the demanding orders to take it there anyway? In less than two months time local and regional management has led through yelling and screaming at staff. This is not the commitment to excellence I have received in past and wanted to make leadership aware of the situation.

Purchaced 2 items from this location. Recently leased a Macbook Air from them as I was needing a new computer. I spoke to the general manger that sold the macbook to me and was very nice and was able to let me get my new system with ease. I dont remember her name but she was very nice.

I have been saving for a very long time I'm a single mother of 4 small kids 3 / 5 / 7 /8 year olds we finally saved to buy our first home and we're super excited we went to Arron's that promised a great experience. They came 3 time two days apart after going with out furniture then they dropped it all off in the drive way the gave me the wrong living room set and everything is beat up and last night the electric stove caught fire so I'd like to give Arron's a big thank you for ruining this for me and my kids I m 5 foot and 150 pounds I carried in a deep freezer a double wide fridge stove six bedroom sets living room set a dining room set all by myself I'm exhausted my body is completely bruised up thank you.
