| Michael Henry | I called Dunn Ford to do my first oil change on my new RV because they were the closest Ford dealer to me that serviced large trucks. While driving the 50 miles to Stigler, my check engine light suddenly came on and my engine picked up a miss. When I arrived at Dunn, the lube service manager noticed the check engine light and offered to have it checked while I was there even though my appointment was only for a lube and it was getting late in the afternoon. He and the mechanic found an injector harness chewed through by a mouse. Although they didn't have a new harness in stock, he located one removed from another unit and was able to use the connector and wiring to complete repairs to my RV. That kind of service is exceptional--there was no "you need to make a repair appointment", or "bring it back Thursday". Their attitude was "let's see if we can get it fixed while you're here"! I HIGHLY recommend Dunn Ford and will use them at every opportunity. |
