| Joan Goldsmith | I have used Dave's Septic several times over the years and have always been satisfied. But beginning in August of this year things are starting to go sideways. An appointment was made for a pump out and I was called saying that he would be unable to make the appointment because his truck was in the shop. I was told he would call me to reschedule when the truck was repaired. Two weeks went by..no call and I saw the truck on the road! I called again and left a message but I have never received a call back. Totally unacceptable! I will be using another service. |

He passed the septic and we bought the house. Not even three weeks later, our septic backed up. We had to pay someone to come out and pump it. They discovered that we had NOT one, but TWO tanks and said it was failing. |
