I have been paying for maintenance for years and I have never had a tech even come close to opening the dryer door. They only ask to see the dryer vent on the outside of the house and if they see a little lint they say to reschedule I have to clean it out. But my Tech was awesome. The repairman was courteous and professional. There was some confusion as to whether he was coming to install the part between 8 AM & 12 Noon or between 1 PM and 5 PM, but he did get to us at about 4 PM on the promised day, and we were very thankful for this. All in all, we are very pleased. |
