| Chris Young | An honest small business. My 3 year old LG fridge stopped being cold. The LG website said I was out of warranty, so I called Reliable Appliance Repair. Reliable told me that LGs were notorious for their compressors going out and that it was covered under an extended warranty. These guys could have easily come over and gotten me to pay the 1000 to fix the compressor, but they told me what they thought the problem was and to call LG to get it fixed. LG fixed the compressor at no cost to me. Reliable had the best ratings for appliance repair on Google in the Springs, and now I know why. Can't thank them enough. |
