He spent nearly 45 minutes after closing time, to answer all our questions and allow us to get the washer and dryer the same day. They offer an excellent 90 day warranty, where they would come out, and fix it themselves. The representative gave us some of his equipment, so we can set up our washer and dryer same day. Excellent experience, highly recommend. |

Immediately after a very difficult experience with the other company, our dryer was making new loud grinding noises whenever it ran. Rick's technicians came out promptly to evaluate, and they were able to repair the problem right on the spot. They charged a very reasonable price for the job. This was such a relief after what I went through with the previous company. I will call Rick's first next time! |
