The motor was seized up" First the motor was not seized up, it worked temporarily when it was put back in. The new motor never worked. I did the research and found out how to get the codes. The code says insufficient water supply or blocked water supply. Looking for another service, sadly. We have used them for 6 years without issue. This time they were unresponsive, bad mouthed the manufacturers representatives and chose not to step up and follow through. |
