| Adrian Finch | There was some obvious disconnect/tension with the night crew this evening. The kid in the paint department scott did an awesome job greeting us. He took an interest in our small project and answered our paint questions. 5 stars to you kid keep your chin up. The other gentleman helping did answer a question or two that the other kid didn't know the answer too right away, but lacked the attitude and friendliness his co work did. Not a team player. My wife and I did not appreciate being told "you can handle 11" when asked what the cost of a gallon of paint was. Just tell me it's 11... I was a little thrown off by it, wasn't sure how to take it. I understand it was late and I'm sure the people were ready to go home but don't sacrifice customer service when it comes to my favorite hardware store! I don't usually do this but I walked out feeling like I had to say something weather management sees this or not. Not my usual experience.Thanks! |
