They came out and pulled out our refrigerator, took a bunch of numbers for parts and said that the warranty company would not replace the part. In other words, live with the roar of our refrigerator. We had to pay them the 100.00 dollars and they did nothing except take our money. We ended up calling the warranty company and demanding another technician, They came and replaced the fan motor in our refrigerator. He did so within a half hour and was so professional. Don't call P&P for any warranty work. |
