As long as you know what you need, your good. Don't go expecting help. They have all the tools, products, building materials & such that you could possibly need. But not the employees to help you along the way.

Over the years, I have spent thousands in this and other Lowe's stores. Generally, purchases have been fine and products performed as expected you get what you pay for. But be careful when purchasing larger boxed items. I've found that they tend to re-shelve broken merchandise, like today, when I purchased an upper cabinet with the bottom side torn off.

Good luck locating anything in this massive store! Most of the employees don't seem to know where things are located if you should ask them! Once in a blue moon you will find someone that is helpful & actually knows what they're doing & where things are located! They do sell great tool brands like DeWalt & Stanley!
