Appliance Repair by Mark’s Appliance Repair in Noblesville, Indiana

Told us they would be at our house between 2-6, on 5/21. At 6:30 i called and they said they were running late and would be there soon. Showed up at my house around 7:15. Took pieces apart and found the issue, he put a screwdriver in a flap to keep it open, so the freezer would keep the fridge cool until they got the part in, which should be the next day. i called back 3 days later and was told their was terrorist activity and the piece couldn't be shipped. Since this was a Friday of a holiday weekend, he did not think it would get in until the next Tuesday. I call everyday from Tuesday to Friday with no answer, and a voicemail that was full. Friday, 5/31 at 11:30 someone finally answers, they had a death in the family, and closed for the week, but he was going into the office around 12:30 and would call me about my piece, never got a call back.Starting the next Tuesday, 6/4, i call 4 or 5 times a day for a week, i got through to voicemail 2 times. My fridge is still broken with a screwdriver hanging out the inside back. Due to the make-shift fix, this has caused other pipes to freeze, so now my ice maker and water spout wont work. and since the temperature fluctuates due to the freezer running none stop be have lost hundreds of dollars in food and breast milk, due to the freezer thawing and the fridge freezing. Don't worry my 55 down payment check was cashed early the next morning! still no calls back about the work, or the money

We have found our appliance people! Wonderful servicecannot say that enough! Called in a pinch and they bailed me out with a refrigerator issue same day. Kind, courteous, personable, and showed me all part costs on separate websites to show me they were keeping the price honest. I appreciate that. Will trust them with all future appliance repairs for my home.

I was hesitant to hire this company due to a couple reviews, but we were desperate due to the fact we have 3 kids and was losing all of our food with our refrigerator down. Most other companies couldn't make it out for several days, but Marks had a same day appointment available. I couldn't be happier with our experience. The technician showed up within a few hours of us calling in and knew exactly what the issue was right away. I was again skeptical when he said he needed a deposit on the job and didn't have the part on hand. He said he had to go directly to the parts store and he would be right back. Again we were desperate, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He left and was back within an hour with the parts in hand. He had the fridge fixed in no time and we were able to save most of our food. Great service, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Night and day different from those reviews that startled us. It just goes to show there must always be two sides to every story. We will be calling again if we ever need Appliance help.
