Absolutely excellent... our tech Derek had our dishwasher up and running literally in 2 minutes. The console simply needed resetting. But more than that, he didn't try to tell us we needed to replace the console to turn it into a bigger “ticket” so to speak. He explained that sometimes these consoles need resetting, but if it starts happening more regularly, that's the time to replace it. Just good old fashioned honesty, not to mention he was exactly on time. I'm a long term customer now. Thank you!!
