Erik Robinson was very thorough, & knowledgeable. He went thru step by step of various models as we were purchasing 4 appliances. We ended up doing a mix & match on models after doing research on the items. Due to Erik's advice & experience we did change some of our original selections to a higher end unit. He was very patient with us & we do appreciate that, it reflected on his professionalism in the trade. We had purchased a washer /dryer from John's in the past & had a great experience, that's why we decided to shop with them again. We just had an over-the-counter microwave installed. I went in on Tuesday and Randy Hill showed me a GE that was on sale for a great price. He helped me to decide to go with the stainless steel. It goes beautifully with the other white appliances! And the installers were friendly and really knew what they were doing. This is the third appliance we've purchased from John's, and have been very pleased with the great customer service. You can bet we'll be back when we need something else. Don't bother with the big stores...you'll always find great prices and service at John's with your appliance installed in days, not weeks.
