Angela Clark | We are having issues with our ice machine not making ice. We were referred to a list of local service providers by the manufacturing company of the machine, AABC is the first on the list. We contacted your office and Byron ws schedluled to come out Oct 17th, he called and said due to a building fire 2 blocks away from our office, he couldn't get to us. We understood. He said that he would come the next day Oct 18th, I called him and asked was he still coming out, he said that due to the fire and street closures, he still could not get to our office, but he would give us a discount on the cost and he would come out on Monday, October 21st.........well today is October 30th, we have not heard anything from Byron or your company regarding a reschedule or just a common courtesy call stating the reason why there was a NO SHOW........we decided to on your business at the recommendation of the ice machine's manufactor...I guess that was a MISTAKE........Very disappointing and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! |
Tamara Schrader | Our ice machine water pump went out. The machine we have is a rare one in the market, I learned, when Joe arrived to help. The water pump was difficult to locate but I eventually was able to get what I thought was the exact replacement from the dealer that sold the unit to us through our outdoor kitchen contractor. It wasn't quite right but Joe worked around it, cleaned the unit and taught me a few things I didn't know. The machine works better than it ever did before! Highly recommend AABC! |
David Salinas | AABc LLC, is way overpriced & I am saying think twice about using this company. You won't find out the true price until it is too late. That is not true. I was told by Mary that the part was only 109 over the phone & your tech did not spend no 2 hours on the job. As of now, the ice maker is still not working & you are just guessing what could be wrong & charging me along the way as you try to find out what is wrong. The first time, I was not told how much it would be other than the 49.99 service fee. So I talked to Tom & was told that they are holding my ice maker hostage. Going on 3 weeks now. Bad service. I guess I am not going to get my ice maker back from this company. The only way I would get it back & this came from Tom, if I gave them a good review & they still wanted to charge me. FORGET IT, TOM. NEVER AGAIN & I HOPE YOU DON'T RIP ANY BODY ELSE OFF. This company sucks & don't trust them. They will rip you off. |
