We bought a dryer, and within a week there seemed to be an issue with it which as it turns out, the issue was with OUR outlet, not the dryer at all!! . Rey is very clear that he has a 30 day parts and labor guarantee, so he took care of it all. We reported the issue within the week, and he was very accommodating to us! He offered to come out and fix it, and ultimately replaced it with a working dryer. We LOVE the new dryer. You are able to carefully inspect the appliance before you buy it, so I guess I don't understand why the other reviewers chose a rusty washer in the first place? Very happy with the service. Great way to get an appliance. |

| Jen Keenan | How can you sleep at night knowing you sold a family with 2 younger children a rusty washer. We have no way of washing our clothes now! We used our savings to pay for it and you refuse to give us a refund. You are not only a horrible person but suck at refurbishing washers. I could have done a better job and stood by my work! No one use them!!! Just go to a store where you know you can get a refund if needed!! |
