| Joanie Davis | Assured me my car was safe after replacing a front axle when traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. Not more than an hour down the road did I have to pull over once again because my car was doing the exact same thing it had done before replacing the front axle. Went to a Firestone garage where they pulled the front wheels and discovered that my front brake pads on both sides were stuck up underneath my brake calipers. There were bolts missing from both calipers, and were almost completely detached from the front end. The danger that they put my daughter and myself in is inexcusable. I called them the next day and they reassured me that they would rectify the situation. But after three weeks of calling them and emailing them, with no return calls as promised I have not received any reimbursement from them. I had to make a claim against them through my bank. |

Every other mechanic in town couldn't be bothered. Wright took the time to squeeze me in and verify it was the Alternator and get one for me the first thing the next day. Great people! Very helpful and kind. |
