Appliance Repair by Oil Express in East Falmouth, Massachusetts

I would like to thank Cory for his outstanding service. When I arrived to my new cape house my heat was not working. It was a freezing February day! Cory showed up real quickly and replaced a broken part. Cory checked each zone to make sure the heat was working correctly. One room was not heating up and Cory expressed the importance of having a plumber check the pipes, as it could of been a frozen pipe. Long story short, I had a plumber come over and we found out that this room was on another thermostat, that we didn't know we ever had. And the heat was turned off in this room. SO all is set now, and I appreciate Cory's dedication and curiosity! He really saved the day!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Oil Express for over 14 years and intend to continue. Whenever I call, Nancy or whomever, is kind and considerate no matter what I am calling about. They know I am disabled and cannot check the amount of oil in my tank, so I am on "automatic delivery." However, if the weather has been especially cold for awhile I might call and ask when they might be coming up my way. They look at the schedule, how much oil they estimate is in the tank, and tell me they will "flag" it for a couple of weeks or even send a truck up in a day or so. What relief!! This is all done courteously and knowledgeably. Plus, when it's time for my yearly burner service, I know the skilled employees will do their magic. All at Oil Express are very willing to answer any and all questions and address any concerns I have. I recommend them highly.

Nancy is so helpful. She reviewed my account and was able to give me a better price a couple of months before my current program/contract ended. She was also a pleasure to work with.
