This was a smooth and satisfying repair experience, which in my experience is either rare or at the very least doesn't happen every time - whether it be appliances or cars or other items. I was able to get an initial diagnosis appointment with very small lead time. The technician - Dan - was on time and professional and communicated well. He diagnosed the problem with my gas range and found a source of parts. The parts were sourced pretty quickly within a week? and the final repair appointment happened soon thereafter, at the time of day I needed. Once again Dan was on time early actually and got my range repaired quickly, and carefully with regards to the surrounding floor and cabinets. Nice job Doctor Daniel and Appliance Hospital!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Appliance Hospital. We ordered a refrigerator that had a defect on the door. Rather than buy a new fridge, we decided to have the door replaced. After placing the order and setting up an appointment, Dan brought our new refrigerator door and quickly replaced it. Dan was professional and courteous. We'd highly recommend Appliance Hospital!!

"Dr." Dan is the man! Appliance Hospital was assigned a warranty repair for our Maytag washing machine. They kept in contact prior to the appt., got there early and Dr. Dan fixed it quick! I was very impressed with Dan's knowledge of appliances and highly recommend him for appliance service.
