| Janna Risenhoover | I'm very frustrated. My husband bought me a NEW Whirlpool Steamer dryer from Allen Appliance in Berryville AR one month ago, and it has never worked right. All of my loads large or small come out damp. Yesterday, I put four items in the dryer on medium and they came out damp. I now have to hang up my clothes to dry. My husband was actually going to buy a different model and was talked into this one. When he called to return it and upgrade to a better model, he was told we cannot return it. They stated we should contact Whirlpool, and we now have to get a test kit and go through a lot of hoops to return our dryer. We have only owned it one month. The reason to purchase from a small business like this is for the customer service. I was going to upgrade our washer, as well, but will absolutely NEVER do business here again. I recommend that everyone think twice before doing so. Poor service and poor product! |
