cassie williams | Don't waste your time! I called Borgman to repair a two-year old Maytag refrigerator. The repair person came to inspect the unit on a Wednesday morning. He said we needed new thermostat which he would order and then install following Monday. He never returned on Monday and did not call. We called him three times on Tuesday and left messages without a return call. On Thursday called again and left two messages. Again no return call. The following week we called again and the repair person answered. He indicated part was on backorder and he couldn't get it for another month. He suggested we call another repair person to fix it. Is this really how you treat customers? |
