Rean Amato | Owner Larry , is a shyster and dishonest . Larry came to our home and told me my air condition unit was blown and all matter of factly , said and I quote " well I got bad news your motor shot and it's going to cost you about 3, grand oh and BTW YOU OWE ME 80.00 ! I didn't get a good feeling g from this guy right away I called my husband and told him I didn't trust him the next day someone else came to look and charged us 150.00 for chewed wires!! When my husband called him to enlighten him Larry said what you want your money back and then hung up the phone! I got a feeling by his behavior he is no stranger to ganging up on folks! Good luck ! 2nd opinion. When certified repair service is concerned !! |
Zeeland Rocks | I just witnessed Larry treat a customer so insanely poorly as I was a patron in their restaurant. He yelled at the woman and blamed her for the refrigerator repair that he claimed just needing a new cord. He degraded her, made fun of her broken English and demanded to not leave the facility until she paid him 80 for his less than 5 minute visit. She remained so polite and calm as he made a scene in from of her long line of lunch patrons. Larry you should be ashamed of yourself and the customer service... Or lack there of you are providing as a small business. |
