| Rob B | Wouldn't suggest buying anything from here. Bought a mower awhile back battery was dead in it and it was suppose to be under warranty and I've been trying for a month now to get a battery for it, all they do is give you the run around about calling sears customer service and the customer service is useless they do the same thing.Joe the prob wasn't that they didn't have them it was the simple fact they didn't want to give me a new battery even with me having the full warranty. With that being said I wasted a hour and half on the phone getting transferred back and forth from warranty,customer service, and the service department. Wouldn't suggest wasting your time at this store thanx. |
