| Susheela Varky | If you have an appliance repair that needs to be done, I HIGHLY recommend Brian from RJ Service, LLC. Brian replaced a part on my fridge a few years ago. He was prompt, efficient, personable and reliable. I called him recently b/c my fairly new dishwasher < 2 years old stopped draining after washing the dishes. Brian came several times to replace the drain pump and then, replace the motor board. But nothing seemed to work. He even researched the issue with his colleagues. He was really disappointed to not be able to identify the issue except for defective and/or cheap, tiny parts that are poorly developed by engineers for the function at hand. I asked him how much I owed him. He said, "I didn't fix anything. So, you don't owe me anything." Well, I think Brian has the Midas Touch b/c my dishwasher seems to be working now ...not to jinx myself! At some point, I may have to replace it. In any case, I really appreciate Brian's honesty and hard, diligent work to address my appliance repair needs. THANKS, Brian and RJ Service. |
