| rfn04 . | I Rita Norton, bought leather couch and love seat had to exchange for another one that I really didn't like because I had to get something at same price of higher. Then bought an electric recliner that the motor had to be replaced. I swore I would never buy from them again. I moved and found myself needing a recliner fast. I thought I would give them one more time. Well that was the biggest mistake ever. After I got it home the recliner set low on the right side and you could stand back and look at it and it was lopsided. Called them and they sent someone out to look at it and he said it was just fine, nothing wrong. I ask them if I could exchange it and they said yes with a 250.00 restocking fee. Really who would do that? As much money as I have spent there and they couldn't exchange. I will never buy from Newbys again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop at Newbys. |
