Extremely quick response when I initially called and I only had to wait a week for part and rescheduled installation.. Both techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. Stove is working now. Keeping my fingers crossed that relay controller was the problem bottom oven not cycling back on, losing too much heat and recently, reaching 400 degrees then shutting down, with 12:00 flashing.

Was told I needed 3 parts and one was no longer manufactured and therefore needed a new washer. Hired another company and my washer is now working flawlessly. You've lost a customer.

This service appt never took place. The part is on backorder and it took 6 phone calls for me to find this out. They promised me a new refrigerator because they have backorder on the freezer gasket and my part request is over 22 days old. No wonder sears is going out of business. They are still selling the same refrigerator.

The serviceman Kevin was on time, gave a full description of what caused the problem and what the remedy would be. He did a full inspection of all related parts and systems. He was polite, professional and deliberate in his work. We are very pleased.

Just received a call to cancel my appointment because the part is back ordered. I have been trying to fix this problem with my Samsung refrigerator since 2016. The last repair man didn't have the part because he said it was never ordered. The previous one was a home improvement technician that couldn't even work on the refrigerator and now we are told it is back ordered with no ship date. The run around is unbelievable- all you get is a call center in the Philippians. Every number is to the call center that is located outside the United States. The absolute worse customer service we have ever experienced. Beware of buying ANY product from Sears purchased with an extended warranty. Still waiting on a part-while Sears waits for the warranty to end! Two long years-the technicians told us there is a gap between the freezer and refrigerator that can not be corrected- it should be replaced but nothing has been done. Freezer without ice maker-unbelievable!! Lost customer of 25 years today!
