Good solid work! Chris came out, saw what I needed. Appointment set for less than 24 hours later. Charro and Andrew did a great job, answered all of my questions. I had a sewer back up from my toilet. My boyfriend and I cleaned the bathroom for 3 hours till 3am. I called ARS rescue rooter and they came out at 8am. They said it would be 69 to clean the main line. They had a “special” going on. When the guy got here he tried for maybe 10 minutes then said they would have to break ground and repair the line because of roots. He told me it was going to be 5500!!!! I told him no. Then he said well if you want a temporary fix we can use a jet but in a couple of months it will go back to the same thing. That service would be 584. We ended up paying him the 69 for nothing and he left. I called around About 10 places for quotes for the jet service the guy said would be a temp fix. The cheapest quote I got was 425 but not till the next day. I called “The Plumber” and he told me that these companies will come out and do that because they make commission even if it is something you don't need. He came out with just a snake which is what the first guy was supposed to use and within 45 minutes it was fixed!!!! It only costed a couple hundred. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything. They even came out the SAME day. I highly recommend if you don't want to overpay for work you don't need.
