Gary came out and ran diagnostics on all the parts inside the freezer to see why it was frosting over. He determined that all the parts in the freezer were working well. He told us that the control board is our issue and that is in the backside of the fridge. That was too big of a job for him to do alone. He and Donna did give us the part as well as the place to order it from. We got the part and were able to pull the fridge out ourselves. At that point, replacing the control board was an easy task. That was indeed our problem and all is working well. Thank you Gary for making the right determination for us to easily fix our problem. You saved us from turning around to go back home to Colorado way too early. |
