Appliance Repair by Home Performance Group LLC in Kearney, Missouri

My home warranty company scheduled our garage door repair through Home Performance Group, and I was really impressed with their service. My appointments were scheduled within a day of the call, both for the initial visit and after parts were ordered not an experience I've had with other companies our home warranty company has used. Al and Elijah were very friendly at the initial appointment and Eric was very helpful at the last appointment. Brandi in the office was very nice as well, answering questions and getting me an accurate quote and quickly scheduling my appointments. Overall, very impressed - will be calling back with future household repairs. Also, I love that the company is veteran-owned and operated.

I would highly recommend using this company! Al, Elijah, and George we're the contractors/installers we worked with and they were all professional and great. We live in an older home and our hot water heater was installed in a place that was extremely hard to access yet they found a way to get the job done. We are very happy with the company and would recommend using them to anyone.
