I recently purchased a Riccar vacuum from these guys, and they were absolutely great to work with. Spent lots of time walking my overly-inquisitive self through pretty much their entire selection of vacuums to find just the one I wanted, then made me a very good deal as in, good by internet standards as well, not just the "salesman" great deal on the one that we decided was optimal for me. Their staff was exceedingly familiar with their product line, and was able to accurately answer every question I posed. Specific questions I have to admit I asked with previous knowledge of the correct answer, just to see if they were blowing smoke... and they weren't.
