Got a new portable dishwasher today from Kossel's. Ben getting all of our appliances from them for 50 years !!! Best place to do business !!!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I paid in full, for 6 appliances to Kossels on 11/15/2019. It is now 2/4/20 and I am still waiting on two chest freezers. The fridge he brought is dented all along the door I will gladly post pictures if anyone would like to see them, I also got a microwave with a massive dent in it. I did get a vertical freezer that was in the original packaging that showed up perfect. Bob Kossel is dodging my calls, ignoring my emails and the like. I asked for a refund etc. His folks, never conducted business like this. It makes me sick to my stomach to see how he has run that place into the ground.

Do not waste your time with this place. Very very disappointed with my experience. I try hard to keep my money local and support the family run businesses and shops. This past summer I purchased a garage refrigerator from Bob, and he “up-sold” me on the idea that I needed one of his brothers homemade garage kits to keep it running properly in the winter time. The day they delivered they didn't have that in stock. From June till January I fought with them and called and scheduled countless times for them to come out and “install” the garage kit. I was lied to and stayed home at least three times when they never showed up. After all the excuses in the world yesterday they finally got here. They duck taped an extension cord around my refrigerator and onto the inside to hold a utility light. Are you kidding me! What joke! 8 Months of fighting for this! I wish I could attach the picture of what looks like something my six year old would do.
