We are never available to meet a repairperson during the week, so I had to select his next available Saturday. It was a few weeks out, but I booked it anyway. A little while later, I received a call from the company telling me that Richard had offered to work on that very next Saturday so that I would not have to wait such a long time. That was so great. He came promptly on that Saturday, worked diligently as always, and fixed it! |
